A transgender man who gave birth last year is now chastising doctors for referring to him as a “mother” during his pregnancy, claiming that pregnancy and motherhood are not synonymous.

After claiming that hospital staff incorrectly referred to him as a’mother,’ a transgender man who gave birth to a baby boy has publicly chastised them.

After falling pregnant with husband Malik, Bennett Kaspar-Williams from Los Angeles gave birth to son Hudson via Cesarean section in October 2020.

Bennett also added that they are “proud” to be a “dad who created my own child,” and has shared a series of photos on their Instagram account ‘@Bennettonpurpose’ showing off their baby bump and newborn baby.

Hudson will call him ‘Dada,’ according to the lawyer and activist, while referring to other fathers as ‘Papa.’

He also stated that he will tell the child who gave birth to him “when he’s old enough,” which he believes he will do.
