Intelligence Services Locate Igboho

The Intelligence community in Nigeria have located the hideout of Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Sunday Igboho.
Recall that on July 1, the Department of State Services (DSS) carried out a coordinated assault on the Soka residence of Igboho in Ibadan, the Oyo capital.
In a chat with "Daily Post" Tuesday night, a source close to federal authorities said the government already identified his hiding place.

President Buhari Speaks About Nigerians

President Muhammadu Buhari has appreciated Nigerians for the love shown to him as the leader of the country and vowed to reciprocate with good service.
The President noted that despite the challenges facing the country, Nigerians are still lucky not to have been torn apart.
Buhari made the submission on Tuesday at State House, Abuja, while receiving the report of the National Security Summit held on May 26, 2021, by the House of Representatives.
DPR Seals Seven Filling Stations In Nasarawa

The Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) in Nasarawa State has sealed seven filling stations for various offences from January to date.
The state DPR comptroller, Ahmed Gwaram, said on Tuesday that the offences committed were under-delivery, diversion of product, lack of safety, among other related issues.
According to him, the affected filling stations included two unlicensed filling stations in Awe Local Government Area, while the rest were from other parts of the state.
Cameroon Congratulates Nigeria On Kanu's Rearrest

The Government of Cameroon has congratulated Nigeria on the rearrest of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.
The Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, disclosed this in a statement.
This was after the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari received Mr Felix Mbayu, a Special Envoy from President Paul Biya of Cameroon at the State House in Abuja on Tuesday.
Governor El-Rufai Speaks About Insecurity

Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state said on Tuesday that he was deeply worried by the hardship of the people occasioned by the security challenges in the state.
In his remarks during the presentation of the Kaduna State Security Incidents Report for the Second Quarter of 2021, the governor said the security report presented had sobering statistics on the state of security in the state.
