In his YouTube comic series 'Iroyin Kumokumo,' the embattled Yoruba comic actor Olanrewaju Omiyinka, also recognized as Baba Ijesha, ridiculed Chief Sunday Igboho after his recent confrontation with men from the Department of State Security Services (DSS).
The humorous actor was seen mocking the pan-Yoruba activist in a 43-second YouTube video posted by ANIMASHAUN TV on July 5, 2021, in which he was attacked by DSS men at his home on July 1, 2021, at Soka area of Ibadan in Oyo State.
According to Baba Ijesha, who was reading Iroyin Kumokumo, a comic Yoruba language news on YouTube, said that the police (DSS) attempted to arrest Chief Sunday Igboho, so Igboho scurried by taking to his heels to save his life.
Baba Ijesha, in his amusing words, stated, "The Inspector General of Police attempted to apprehend Chief Igboho's monkey with a banana because Igboho was terrified, he swiftly fled for his life, the man with tribal marks on his face genuinely escaped from being murdered. He's intelligent enough not to be assassinated as Dele Giwa; we aspired to be a Yoruba nation, and the killings must cease."
You may recall that after being detained for several months, the popular troubled comic actor Baba Ijesha was recently granted bail over the claim that he abused a minor who is the foster daughter of a popular comedienne known as Princess.
